In the event that a products needs to be returned, we will not accept returns without a RMA number. Once a RMA number is approved, all items along with the RMA number should be in re-saleable condition, not broken or damaged. 

It must also be in original condition “no marks”. We will not refund or accept returns for items where the buyer has simply changed his/her mind. Customer is to pay all shipping charges and for any refunds there will be a 25% restocking and handling fee. This fee also includes other fees such as Pay Pal fees.
